Financial Management and Analysis
Small community-based nonprofits are often crunched for time and money. Fair Chance teaches organizations how to create and implement smart financial planning practices, beginning with financial tracking tools and internal controls. We work one-on-one with groups to establish sound budgeting procedures and craft financial policies and procedures manuals.
Program Evaluation and Monitoring
Fair Chance works to help our partners determine the impact of their organization on their community by helping programs define and measure success, establish systems to collect and analyze essential program data, and communicate evaluations to key funders and stakeholders. We also conduct formal program evaluations with the creation and issuance of an evaluation report if appropriate.

We help organizations create comprehensive communication plans and craft strategy behind targeted communications tools like websites, brochures, and newsletters.

Fair Chance provides services to safeguard organizations' nonprofit status, enhance their ability to receive contributions, and ensure credibility and legitimacy.
