We are proud of the results our partners achieve. We measure the success of a Partnership by assessing eight areas of organizational competency.
On average, nonprofits completing their first Fair Chance year in 2014 reported increases in their capacity to implement best practices in all eight areas, with gains of at least 25% in the four areas highlighted in the table below:
We also measure the growth and sustainability of our expanding network of alumni partners, with an annual post-partnership and alumni survey tracking the number of children served, staff size, last fiscal year revenue and sources, and collaborations within the Fair Chance network. Our alumni surveys show that, on average, our network partners are growing:
Since 2002, Fair Chance has become a force in DC for building and growing effective nonprofits that achieve life-changing results predictive of putting children and youth on a pathway out of poverty. We are now poised to demonstrate the efficacy of our model, expand geographically, and scale our impact so that even more children can have a fair chance to succeed.
